Meet the Cast
The new cast comes to us with a variety of acting experience... TV, theatre, commercials, video... even opera! Their faces are probably already beginning to look familiar to you as they take the stage for this Emmy® nominated one-of-a-kind TV show. Now, here's your chance to get an insider's view of who these new actors are! Let's start off with Bill Behrendt, otherwise known as the Trailer Park Pastor. Bill launched his acting career in New York at age five with a touring opera company. Bill says, "The sound of the audience's joyful laughter has been my motivating force ever since."
His dream? "To help bring people closer to Christ through a ministry incorporating comedic sketches." Bill shares, "Being cast in The Steve & Kathy Show is a blessing and much more than I ever hoped would happen." Watch for Bill in these and other hilarious roles: the Trailer Park Pastor, the Whatever Ails Ya Pastor, and Vinny in the Sopranos skit.
Her passion is to act on film and TV, and she has worked in about 20 film projects including the award winning film called "Bonnie and Clyde VS Dracula" by Big Atom Productions. She has also acted in locally produced films "Angel of Music," "The Hunter" and "Soul Mate 2," and is expanding her acting dream through writing and directing. "I am having the time of my life working with The Steve & Kathy Show," Anita tells us, "I don't ever want to stop doing it!" She has spent a lot of time on other sets in her career, and her experience with The Steve & Kathy Show production crew has been refreshing to her. "I am just blown away by the professionalism and the heart that you put into each show. It creates an atmosphere that is really easy to work with and makes me want to do my best."
The new cast has brought a great new dimension to the humor of this unique show. Full-scale into the new season production, Gray likes what he's seeing, "One thing is for sure, it was the right idea to add members to the cast from the greater KC area!"

Bill has a formal education in theatre and has performed in various film and theatrical productions. Also a musician, composer, and computer programmer, Bill
combined those skills into producing several video games with original music. His latest work includes two KC films in post-production stage,
"Ravage" and "Angel of Music."
Anita Cordell is another bright, talented and FUNNY actress joining The Steve & Kathy Show this season. In her words, "I am a true introvert, but I've been
on stage nearly all of my life!" Her experience includes film, TV and commercial work, as well as theatre and church drama. Anita's been trained by Heather Laird,
a well-known Kansas City casting director and by several other KC acting coaches.
She loves the way Steve and Kathy are using the arts and entertainment to reach people for God... and to set them free. Watch for Anita in Sandbox Kids,
