Strategic "Now Moment" for Burma
Opportunity to Provide Pure Water for 500,000 People 
Praise God - and thank you to all who have given to the urgent need facing the cyclone victims in Burma. Because of our friends' generosity, 20 water-purification kits are now in Burma, providing pure water for over 100,000 villagers. $500 each is a small price to pay to bring life-saving water to so many. Thank you for helping! The great need continues as this country slowly tries to recover from the horrific cyclone tragedy of early May. However, thanks to the gifts we've received and the favor of God that has come to our friend, Burmese Pastor Timothy Laklem, tangible help and spiritual help is being carried into the hardest hit areas of this nation in the Irrawaddy Delta. 20 water-purification systems were delivered in person to Timothy by missionary Todd Baldridge with his son Cole. These units are now producing pure water for entire villages - an extremely urgent need as dead bodies continue to putrify and contaminate the water. The Burmese generals heard about these units and asked to meet with these Christian men who were helping rescue their nation. Young Cole gave a demonstration of how the units work. Awed by the moment, General Keen told them, "Others come with political agendas. But I can see that you care." Amazingly, the General has requested 100 more water purification kits! At only $500 each, this is an awesome open door for Christians to demonstrate religion that works. Give NOW For Burma! 
According to Timothy, this is a "now" moment in time in Myanmar, as these hurting people are very open to the gospel. Even Buddhists are saying "pray for me" as they see Christianity in action. Other foreign aid has left, but Christians are being allowed to bring supplies, medicine and food into the country. Timothy has a direct line of favor with the generals and he can get aid through for us. We have a direct line to Timothy to get finances to him quickly and are asking all our friends to continue to give to save this nation with the physical AND spiritual help they need.
